As someone who takes pride in capturing precious moments for families, I know how important it is to be prepared. That's why I've put together some valuable tips on what to wear and what to bring to your family photo session.

What to Wear

When it comes to what to wear for your family photo session, there are a few things to keep in mind. You want to feel confident and relaxed in your clothes so that you can enjoy the session and love your final images!

  1. Avoid clothes with too many patterns or logos. These can be distracting in photos. Instead, choose solid colors or simple patterns.

  2. Coordinate colors and try to match or complement your background.

  3. Wear clothing that is comfortable and flattering. Nothing super tight or too big.

If you're ever feeling unsure about your outfit, just let me know! I'm happy to help you out and suggest some options that your family will love.

Bonus Tips

  • Get a good night's sleep before the session.

  • Leave the cell phones in the car. Or your wonderful photographer can hold onto it and your keys. :}

  • Arrive a few minutes early, so that we have time to chat and get settled.

  • Be yourself and have fun! The more relaxed you are, the better the photos will be.
